British actress Emily Hartridge, who was famous for her "Ten Reasons to Ask" series on her YouTube channel, was killed when she hit a truck in London. Police in downtown London announced that a woman in her third contract was riding an electric scooter who was killed in a collision at a busy crossroads on Friday. She was not named by the police, but a friend of Emily Hartridge published the news of her death on YouTube.

Nick Lloyd of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents was declared dead as the first death associated with the use of electric scooter.

UK law prohibits the use of any "fuel scooter" and motor on roads and sidewalks. But it is a law that is largely ignored.

In a separate incident, British police said on Sunday that a teenager was critically injured after being hit on an electric scooter to an accident.
